Nathan was so helpful on the phone when I called in to schedule service. We called last minute, and were willing to take whatever they had. They were able to fit us in early the next day, which was much better than expected, because the temp had just plummeted big time and the heat would not kick on. Our mom is elderly and at home all day, so this was a big concern for us.Andy was the technician who came out to see us. He showed up at the time he gave an ETA for and was so patient with our 3 dogs, who were instantly fans for life.He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. We have used Shockley's many times for around 14 years. Three times was to purchase HVAC systems for different residences for ourselves or family, and have been very happy with the American Standard products and extremely thankful for the excellent service we have received. Nathan & Andy were first working for Wayne Shockley and kept the business running while Wayne was having health issues, then Nathan purchased the business when Wayne sold the company.Since then the company expanded and has continued to operate the business in great order.
