Buddy is easily the best service man I've ever had across all devices. I had a competitor come and tell me that I had to get a new a/c and tried to sell it to me for $14,000. Buddy came and fixed the lead and added freon for $300 and told me that I could make it a couple of years with the older a/c. A few years later, I finally had to get a new a/c because it was leaking again and the type of refrigerant wasn't available anymore because of federal regulations so he put in a new a/c after we've gone through the highest inflation in 40 years for $8,500. I wish there were more stars we could give Mr. Buddy. Before Mr. Buddy, we had two different technicians from one of big companies who couldn't (or wouldn't) diagnose the problem and instead tried to sell us a new AC unit. When my husband asked them specifically about a part that might have been malfunctioning they totally dismissed him. Mr. Buddy, not only fixed the faulty part, he also found and fixed a leak we suspected we had, and added freon for a very reasonable price. He is awesome! Honest, smart, and knows his craft! 17 years of Excellent Service Buddy Hatchel Army Veteran, Retired Edmond Firefighter After 4 years of service in the Army, I returned to my home, Edmond OK and found myself working in construction. While I was working in construction I was honored with the opportunity to serve my hometown as a firefighter. My career has allowed me to serve assignments at the White House, the Pentagon, and the Murrah Federal Building. I believe that providing service to others is my higher calling. As a former firefighter I understand what it means to provide exemplary Customer Service and what it means to take care of others.
