Glad we got the monthly service plan, access to after hours emergency call and discount on service. Ross is a straight forward businessman, explained the pricing clearly and went over exactly the problem and solution. He is great for a layperson to work with, never talks down to you but he is technical and thorough which is very welcome. Highly recommend.
