This family-owned business is fast, responsive and fairly priced. I've called them three times recently (twice in weekends) about AC issues, and they came out quickly each time. In two of the three cases, the issue was electrical in nature and outside their expertise. Special props to Dan, who not only answered the phone but came out himself the last two times, including yesterday when he was supposed to be on vacation. Thanks, Dan and Minter & Sons.

We had great service from Minter and Sons after our AC motor blew over Labor Day weekend. We called on Saturday evening and they came out on Sunday morning to check our unit. Initially things seemed ok, but later on Sunday evening the unit stopped working and our house was heating up pretty quickly. We have 2 young kids, and they weren't able to sleep. We called back and Will came out last minute around 7p and replaced the motor for a price we thought was fair! Our A/C is working great now and actually cooling the house even better than before. Will was straight forward, quick, and fair. We really appreciate how quickly he came out and remedied the issue.

Dan, your service manager came to my home August 8 to give me an estimate on a new A/C unit. Instead of giving me a quick quote, he took the time to investigate and check out my unit. He told me he didn’t think there was a coolant leak, as I’d been told by a competitor(who supposedly put 2 lbs of Freon in the unit the previous Friday.) Dan then offered to come back the next morning to recheck Freon levels to ensure there was no leak in the system. He found no leak upon further inspection!!!Dan was completely honest, respectful and professional!!! He only charged me one trip charge.I was completely scammed by the competitor, but Dan was too honest to continue the scam!...read full review
