I called this morning about our A/C system needing to be repaired and Jake was at our house within a couple of hours. He was great at explaining and going over options to both address our current problem as well as maintaining our systems on a regular basis. He was quick, efficient, and so helpful. The pricing was very reasonable. We are so relieved our A/C is back up and running and that we are all set up to maintain it. Thank you Jake!
Water heater went out — fortunate I was home. Called Norman Air and a replacement was installed by shortly after lunch hour.
Didn’t want the cost, of course, but always trust in Norman Air to come through when most needed.
