Randal did a great job. This was on a Friday afternoon late. He analyzed the issue, immediately saw the problem and the cure. Had to order a part so returned early Monday morning. Had everything corrected in under an hour. Checked our complete AC system inside and out to make sure there were no other issues. Totally professional with a great persona of cheerfulness in a friendly yet professional. I hope I never again have AC problems, but if I do I’m calling for him or one of his fellow technicians.
Very polite & punctual. Norman Air does not oversell at all. The company looks out for your pocket book, only calls out what needs to be addressed unlike one of their
competitors that has t.v. commercials. You want honest and dependable? This is your go to company. HVAC & plumbing, this is who I have used for years.
I called this morning about our A/C system needing to be repaired and Jake was at our house within a couple of hours. He was great at explaining and going over options to both address our current problem as well as maintaining our systems on a regular basis. He was quick, efficient, and so helpful. The pricing was very reasonable. We are so relieved our A/C is back up and running and that we are all set up to maintain it. Thank you Jake!
