“Paschal bought the HVAC company I had used previously. I had a failing AC unit at a rental property and they were able to send a technician out pretty quickly. He did good work and was very communicative with me.

My criticism of Paschal is that they enrolled me in a recurring membership program that I didn’t ask to join. I had to call them to cancel it and make sure I wasn’t charged. They also texted me numerous times to schedule a follow up but no follow up was needed or even recommended by the technician. They texted me so many times about it I ended up having to call them to say no follow up was needed. We all lead extremely busy lives these days and the time I spent clearing these things up with them should never have been needed in the first place.

I have owned my own small business and I realize you need to have this kind of communication that borders on excessive to get your products promoted well. But they take the contact a bit far for my liking and it doesn’t seem like the office staff communicates well with the technicians.

The technician did a great job and they seem to be a decent company but I think they would benefit from replacing volume of customer communication with more accurately targeted communication.“

“Evans Mechanical did a great job replacing our air ducts in our attic. The technician also installed a new thermostat and added freon to one of our AC units. We highly recommend them. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.“

But he chased down the problem, replaced the part (which took a while because I have a somewhat unusual HVAC unit).I have only interacted with Richie but if the rest of the crew at Quick Temp is like him, I would have to give them at least 6 out of 5 stars!“

They looked at my case and explained everything with honest detail enabling me to make a well informed choice about what to do with my system. Such great service, guys working for them, and attention to detail. Something on our HVAC unit changed and the unit started making noise 2 days after the original service. “I had an a couple of issues in the past with my heating and air, called cv3 mechanical took care of me like a champ. Years later was over my elderly uncles home and i was trying to fix it myself but im not a heat and air guy. Called the company. He came out, went into my uncle's attic found the problem and took care it it. My uncle is 86 years old. “My furnace quit on a Friday night;. My friend, Kenny recommended this Bailey Home Services and Wow, Jon contacted me on a busy Saturday and showed up a few hours later.

He charged $165 to come out and he showed me the lights and then the back panel which 11 lights means to replace blower but he said, no you just have to clean it.

So he reset the furnace, will be back next week for $100 cleaning fee [very fair] and he added if the furnace goes out again, call him right away.

Very down to earth. He definitely wanted me to see/know all what he was doing for and will send me the invoice to send to the landlord who couldn’t be here today,

“Ok so this is a long story … we live in a 1986 mobile home . We have built on repaired and remodeled it and love it so who cares right !

Ok so we have had two other well known companies come and check and work on our old heat unit . It was repaired but we were advised to get a new unit by both companies over the last several years.

Well dug in and cleaned out the tubes for the drainage we cleaned the coils and the unit ran just fine for a couple years now.

Well this season we decided to get a new blower motor . We called Benjii after meeting him through an old truck purchase and finding out he was an owner of a heat and air company!!

Called him a couple days later and him and (I didn’t get the name of his worker) came on out and went to work on the old unit !! NOT ONCE did he say “you need a new unit “ they installed the new blower motor found we needed a new capacitor and the old control board had seen better days. They helped find a new one ( because this unit is ancient) and went to complete another job in town and came back through picked up the new board and installed it same day ! We live out in the country so this was great! With the summer weather approaching we needed some cool air in this house ! Well this is the next day as I’m writing this review here. We were cold last night and I’m so impressed with this old unit and its repairs !! FYI the AC UNIT is only 5 years old the blower and heat unit was made with the home. So anyways a good fair charge on the work they did. The free advice on installing a split unit for the bedroom and they put up with our kids and dogs too!!

I appreciate the fact they were able to get this old thing another season ! I mean who has 15 grand for a new unit laying around !!! That’s the quote we got from two famous companies !“
