“We just bought our home and it has a heat pump unit. All I knew about them is they are extremely expensive to repair. Wanted to stay local and they had great reviews. Also didnt want to be scammed because i was a woman. Thank god we did. Burnt wires in our inside unit. Could have burned our house down. Checked everything out top to bottom. Only uses US parts. He was able to come out earlier which was awesome and right away he had an idea on my issues and set out to fix it and explained every step along the way as I was fascinated and watching. “Had a motor freeze up and the ac couldn't keep up during 100* heat. Called in the evening, came out next morning, quick assessed the issue, explained what happened and what needed done.
