“During the Hot summer, we had our older unit quit. I knew it was way past replacement time but wanted all my options and to compare to other quotes. Keenan (spell?) came out and looked everything over very well. Spent more time than the rest to make sure he caught everything. And then i just expected you need a new one and nothing else. Well i do need a new one, but he gave me options to do what it would take to finish the season so i could save up or do a little more than spot repair and make it last a couple of years. Even though this unit had lived twice it's natural life span. And all the pricing was way better than the rest. I even watched to make sure that the replacement was top grade. None of that price saver crap that sounds like a cooler you take to the lake. But something that will live a full span with zero issues. And with the best efficiency. And those prices were better than other companies and better warranty to.
I can't say enough about him and this company. And i would not be afraid to tell my mother or granny to use them. Kudos”
