I called Jack Nelson concerning my drain backing up.The Dispatcher said they were busy but she would get someone coming as soon as possible.Within 10 minutes Alejandro called and said he was on the way.From Alejandro's call until he was finished was approximately 1 hour. I have used Jack Nelson for my HVAC needs for 5 years, on the last maintenance visit they informed me that they now include plumbing in their service portfolio. I recently had an plumbing issue with my drain to the septic tank blocked so I gave them a call. Alejandro was at my house shortly after and I asked him to snake the main drain, he insisted that the septic tank was full and didn't want to charge me for the snaking and suggested I call him back after the septic is pumped if still blocked.
