“My furnace quit on a Friday night;. My friend, Kenny recommended this Bailey Home Services and Wow, Jon contacted me on a busy Saturday and showed up a few hours later.

He charged $165 to come out and he showed me the lights and then the back panel which 11 lights means to replace blower but he said, no you just have to clean it.

So he reset the furnace, will be back next week for $100 cleaning fee [very fair] and he added if the furnace goes out again, call him right away.

Very down to earth. He definitely wanted me to see/know all what he was doing for and will send me the invoice to send to the landlord who couldn’t be here today,
