I had a great experience with Good Neighbor Heating and Cooling today. Jason arrived right on time, was extremely professional and friendly, and diagnosed and resolved the issue to get my system back up and running in no time.
What stood out most was his honesty, no pushy sales tactics, no sleazy upselling, just straightforward, down-to-earth service. He fixed the problem for a more than fair price, gave me an honest assessment of the overall health of my unit, and let me know it still has plenty of life left in it, which gave me huge peace of mind.

On 08/20/26, Darius and Taylor came to my house to resolve an HVAC problem we were having. Their presentation, knowledge and user friendliness was outstanding. They went above and beyond a normal service call insuring my AC was working when they left. Later that evening I called Taylor around 10:30 pm l, he took my phone call and discussed at length an issue that came up with the AC after they left. So please with their interest and manner in working the problem(s) through on my AC. Also gave me a military discount 👍)) AC is still running great!!! I give them A+++ ((👌🏻 Good job!!!
