My wife and I bought our dream home and after making 1 payment, the plumbing and HVAC failed. True Blue sent Michael Walker out first. Michael went above and beyond to get us running. The unit was 20 plus years old and needed replaced but he bought us some time. Then Paul Babb came out to give us an estimate on a new unit. He was kind and professional and gave us a fair price. Today, a team of guys worked diligently to swap out the unit. Led by Christian McMahan, Paul Dowdy and Senite Smith were very professional and very communicative especiallyi n this 100 plus degree heat. Great service at a good value. The technician was very professional and tentative to our needs, spending 2 plus hours inspecting and servicing our AC internal and external units. And educated us on preventative measures to improve performance and longevity of our HVAV system! I strongly recommend True Blue and their professionalism!Services: A/C system maintenance
