God bless Brian. Another business in town told us the usual "EPA changed the laws/ no more R22/ you need a complete new system" b.s. line. (No names but the initials are IAP.) The new system was going to be multiple thousands $$$. They said it was not possible to repair my clogged copper line, that it was not possible to flush it due to it being a "sealed system", and that he could go to prison if he was caught using R22. (!)Fast forward to Brian and Johnny of Brian's Heat & Air. They came out immediately and actually repaired it! We almost made it through the whole summer without a problem - but then our upstairs AC went down and wouldn't come back on. Worried is an understatement, record breaking heat on the second level of our house is no joke. Mike came out and in just a few hours really saved the day. I'll be avoiding this issue in the future with scheduled maintenance, and I'll be calling Mike and co. to do the work. Professional, thorough and reliable - really appreciate people I can rely on, and these are good people.
