He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me. We had the very best experience earlier this year at this TK location! Very professional, friendly and helpful? We were having issues with our older unit and had it worked in just a day before in Springfield. Stopped here on the Saturday and they took great care of us even going a bit after hours. Special shout out to tech, Chicago, he sorted us out eventually and Rhonda, who made us feel welcome! Highly recommend them.
Jacob Johnson is the “go to guy” when it comes to troubleshooting a Tri-PAC system. Initially it looked like my circuit board had failed & Jacob could have just replaced it & sent me on my way. However, Jacob doggedly pursued the root problem, lack of voltage. Jacob expertly tracked down the failing wire & replaced it, the right way where others had failed to. Jacob saved me at least $1,600 on parts & a lot of down time in the future. Jacob Johnson is now my number one choice & he should be yours to for all Tri-PAC troubleshooting & repairs!
