Richie did not have an easy job on repairing my outside hybrid heat pump with gas backup central air unit. But he chased down the problem, replaced the part (which took a while because I have a somewhat unusual HVAC unit).I have only interacted with Richie but if the rest of the crew at Quick Temp is like him, I would have to give them at least 6 out of 5 stars!
My Name is Garry, I called Quick Temp Heating because I have heat only unit and my unit would not Work. They sent a Nice Guy here who is very skilled in heating unit. Granted our heat has not be working all Winter and I was starting to get down. Until today, I now have Heat,in minutes. Please give them a try. They are Small Company but do Big work!. A BIG THANKS TO RICHIE!!!!!!! FOR BEING Their WHEN IT COUNT. YOU HAVE SKILL TO PAY THE BILLS.
Working through the process with the warranty company was challenging, but working with Vicky and Dwayne at Quick Temp made it easier. Vicky worked tirelessly with the warranty company on my behalf and kept me updated. Dwayne was the hands on site tech who went above and beyond to get heat into my house. Not only was he professional, but he showed great caring for me throughout the 7 weeks that it took to completely solve the problems and get a new unit installed. Thank you. I will gladly recommend Quick Temp.
