I received several estimates from several companies on a dual system replacement. Jacob, of Elite, went far beyond just pitching me a system. He measured rooms, walked the attic, and provided valuable insights on our climate and suggestions for equipment. I am confident I received a very exceptional install which is the most valuable part of an HVAC system.
Prompt installation of new American standard platinum to replace our upstairs AC. Install went great, very clean install and excellent follow up for fine tuning and thermostat set up. Thanks to Jacob! We will be using Elite for all our hvac needs.
Had the tech come out to do some maintenance. He was very helpful and explain things well. Honest with the situation, but without the high pressure sales. Opposite of the experience I had with a different company. Will definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them!
