“The last cold snap we endured, we lost our really old furnace, it gave up the goose. We contacted RUSK, we had seen their ads on TV, radio, and their work vans all over the tri-state area.Their technicians were at my house with a quickness, I couldn't believe it. They figured out the issues with our old furnace and we determined it was time for a new one.They had the old one removed and the new one installed in only one day! “Andrew is an angel! I am very pregnant and our a/c wasn’t blowing out cool air when we turned it on for the summer. He made it a priority to get here and help us out. He took one look at the hvac system in the basement (which he replaced for me a few years prior and also did a great job) and then went outside to check the a/c unit. He was immediately able to diagnose that the motor was bad and promptly replaced it. He is such a kind man and my dog also loved him because he gave her lots of pets. “Thank you ADCO Heating & Air Conditioning! Our furnace decided to quit working properly on the coldest day of the year. Within an hour of my call, which was just as they opened, they had someone at my house to check it out. He made sure it was safe to run until the following morning. After giving us our options, we decided to get our furnace and A/C replaced. They arrived first thing in the morning, and worked all day until the job was complete. The space they had to work in was very tight, but they were able to get the old one out and new one in very professionally. The men were incredibly friendly and answered all of my questions and concerns. Our house is now warm again, and we don’t have to worry about making it through the rest of winter with an unreliable furnace!“
