I've been coming consistently for a few months now, 2-3 times a week. The trainers are very knowledgeable and encouraging. They will work with your current fitness level and help you to improve! I have so much more energy these days, and I'm better able to manage stress and anxiety. My low back and sciatica pain are GONE. My clothes fit better as well!“

Wow, to my surprise this is the best method I have ever tried...very complete body workout, and **challenging** (which is what I need! ). It emphasizes core strength and awareness, control and precision, and for me it has **vastly** improved my overall balance. I ride a large Adventure motorcycle on and off-road where balance and core strength are critical. I find my riding skills and confidence greatly improved as I have grown with Laura's instruction and guidance in the last number of months, allowing me to tackle off-road challenges I would not have otherwise.With Laura's long experience as a licensed massage therapist, physical therapist and especially a certified Pilates instructor, she has been able to identify and help me begin to correct some issues I have such as tight hamstrings, and a stubborn shoulder (two reconstructions).I would absolutely recommend her to anyone, at any age or skill level.Besides, she's Bad A$$!“

It's been almost a year and I just could not recommend this program and Jordan more. Beyond knowledgable and professional, all the trainers there are encouraging and motivating. The gym is clean and well maintained. The atmosphere is energetic and welcoming. I always leave feeling accomplished. If you are looking to make some changes, this is the place!“

“I love this gym!!! It is for every body, wherever you are in your fitness journey!! I do personal training twice a week with Luis, I spin with Cheryl twice a week and I will do a team training class or do some cardio in the movie theater room! I also take advantage of the tanning booth and sauna!! Personal training with Luis is awesome! He tailors my workouts to my strengths and pushes me to be better! Cheryl's spin classes are the absolute best! She takes the time to know all of us personally and challenges us to be the best versions of ourselves! Her music is so much fun too!!! This is the gym for every person that wants to be serious about their workouts and health without worrying about creeps hitting on you!“
