I had a 5-star experience with Athletic Republic. The coaches are not only amazing, but are very patient with the athletes and tailored training to specific needs. I grew both my speed and my strength during the last 3 months I had with them, which was proven during my indoor track season. I really appreciate all the help they have given me to succeed in my training and will definitely be back again.
I knew my kids needed this, and I thought it was going to be a fight to get them to go once a week, but they LOVE it and beg me to go every day, even if they have other practices. The coaches are awesome and the scheduling/pass/membership options are flexible and reasonable. I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my kids after just a few sessions. I wish I had started them sooner.
