My cat received excellent major dental surgery at Just Cats. The vet provided a calming med for our cat before coming into the procedure, and Laurel, the surgeon, was wonderful, experienced, and caring. She even provided a phone number for questions during non-office hours. The cat is recovering nicely, and I appreciate all the awesome help and attention our cat received from the staff.

Over the years Supreme Windows has installed about 40 custom storm windows for this old house of mine—my choice to keep the original windows. The storms fit like a glove and insulate beautifully. Yesterday I was on their installation schedule for 11 new windows. I had my doubts—it had snowed 6” + and was still snowing. Like clockwork, Mike gave me the heads up he was on his way, showed up on time and put in windows on up to the third floor. Now THAT is service! And I’m snug as a bug for winter here in CLE.

Mr V' Concrete and Construction did an excellent job on my cement job outside my patio. It looks amazing and I received a lot of compliments. I recently had to call to have some information confirmed and the owner was more than happy to provide me that information after its been several years since he poured my cement. Dr. Rais is a very nice person and took the time to explain several things for me in a way I could understand. My only feedback is that the office folks/techs are quite pushy about trying to sell you optional retinal imaging, shouldn’t be something you have to say no 6 times for. Otherwise a great place and nice people.
Bella Stone has a large selection of stone to choose from in the store, and they also have another location with more. We were able to find something we liked at the store. Our estimate was received very quickly, and the price was reasonable. Pat and his crew were very professional and friendly while working in our home, and cleaned up the area well when finished . We were extremely satisfied with the completedwork, and highly recommend them!

I think most of us can agree that the dentist office is an naturally awkward and uncomfortable place to be, unless you're one of those rare individuals who has an affinity for having their oral hygeine habits judged and multiple people prodding around in your mouth as you recline in a chair wearing weird sunglasses and a bib. Visiting the dentist is something most of us dread, but it's nonetheless necessary in maintaining the health and effectiveness of our beloved chompers.All that aside, I think what can make or break one's dental experience is the same as it is with most other things in life: It's the people who make the difference. And let me tell you; Dr. Fixler and her team are running a top-notch operation over there at University Heights Dental. The entirety of my visit to the dentist today was met with nothing but compassion and professionalism. I'm so grateful for the competence, professionalism, patience, and positive attitudes I experienced at University Heights Dental, and look forward to my next visit. I'm sure it'll be all sunshine and unicorns.
I took my God Daughter to get her make up done a few months back (for her prom) and her face looked sooo gorgeous!! AJ is very down to earth, the atmosphere is very relaxing, and she walked us through the entire process! I had 1st time appointment today 03/18 that was a walk in. The young lady receptionist smiled and was very nice. The salon manager Latresa took me right in and was super personable, knowledgeable about the science of hair care, and explained every detail along the way. She showed me before hand just how much needed trimmed. The salon itself was very clean and the value was unbeatable. I will definitely be back!
