Consulted with N.P. Weiss regarding a family law issue. He mediated drawing up paperwork and both parties felt respected throughout. Paperwork was able to be drawn up to the agreement of both parties. I learned enough to feel informed in my decisions. I was very impressed by how smoothly and professionally the interactions between parties went, guided by Nicholas's caring yet firm professional demeanor. Strong recommendation.

Used Nick and team for a partition action, and got my house back in my name which was the most important thing. Nick and team are very helpful, however there were some holes in our settlement agreement so be vigilant to make sure everything is buttoned up, but overall great team to work with and very desireable outcome achieved!
