Dr. Rais is a very nice person and took the time to explain several things for me in a way I could understand. My only feedback is that the office folks/techs are quite pushy about trying to sell you optional retinal imaging, shouldn’t be something you have to say no 6 times for. Otherwise a great place and nice people.
Ashley & Pam were so awesome we always enjoy our experience here they are helpful go over and beyond measures of customer! they always look out for what's best Thank all for your help!
Debbie the new Manager is skilled and friendly. The other day she was not in so I go great customer service from I think an Ashley and another lady, but failed to get her name. My glasses do need adjusting so I will stop back in. This center is very busy. I would hope that you always have three technicians on during each shift. Wait times can be long.
