The service WHEN YOU CAN GET IT…. Is GREAT…. My main and ONLY complaint is WHY DO YOU ALL OFFER A SERVICE THAT YOU ARE NEVER AVAILABLE TO DO? I have been trying to come in and get my hair washed and blow dried multiple times…. No matter which location I try to patronize THEY CANT DO IT. At this point jyst remove the service and downsize what you can do. There should definitely be more than 3 people on sight PERIOD…. If you need a weekend receptionist CALL ME

Great haircut at a great price. Have had my hair cut by same fellow (Tyrell) 3 times now. Has cut & trimmed just to my liking each time. Wait time is minimal. Shop is always in tip top shape!
