I had 1st time appointment today 03/18 that was a walk in. The young lady receptionist smiled and was very nice. The salon manager Latresa took me right in and was super personable, knowledgeable about the science of hair care, and explained every detail along the way. She showed me before hand just how much needed trimmed. The salon itself was very clean and the value was unbeatable. I will definitely be back!

Brianna, at the Mayfield Rd Great Clips in South Euclid, is awesome! I've been to her three times now. My haircut keeps getting better and better. She listens to what I have to say and then she makes it happen! She's da bomb!Service: Haircut

I forgot the two ladies that cut my son and my brother-in-law's hair, but they were AWESOME! The lady that cut my son's hair, I think, her name was Larissa. The other lady had locs. Both sweet and did an amazing job. My son decided he was Sweeney Todd and butchered his hair. They did an excellent job fixing it.Service: Kids' cuts
