I don’t think I can recommend this establishment enough. I felt so comfortable and like I was at home here, but still with professionalism! My boy Gunner is a little shy at first and needs some warming up to, but the second I met Deja, I knew he wasn’t going to have a problem. They took care of my pup so well and I can not wait to book my next appointment with them! I can tell why this place has all 5 star reviews because the calmness and the love they have for these dogs shows with every ounce!

I was in constant pain before I discovered this place. I wasn't able to stand long and I had constant shoulder pain. With just a couple weeks of care I can return to exercising, my shoulder doesn't hurt any more, and I was able to attend a standing concert with no complaints. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I am in and out with my appointments. And the best part is that that work with you. From schedule to finances they are the best!

From the moment I walked in, they had the kind of energy that makes you forget you’re at an orthodontist appointment (and not exactly there for fun ?). Super friendly, quick with everything, and somehow still cracking jokes and keeping it light.
They handled everything smoothly, answered my questions without making me feel lost, and had me in and out like pros. Honestly, if every front desk was like this, people would look forward to appointments.
Give them a raise and a snack or something—they earned it ?
I cant say enough about the Shaker Heights Animal Hospital. We’ve been bringing our dog there for almost a year now and every experience Ive had with them thus far has been fantastic. They are so attentive, caring, knowledgeable, genuine, and friendly! Knowing we have Dr. Welsh (and Dr. Firestone), along with the rest of the staff gives us peace of mind - knowing we are always in such good hands. Thank you SHAH!

Olga & Anne Marie were just so wonderful! this was my first visit to Manifest, I booked for my birthday and I got the dazzle dry polish for mani pedi with a chilled delicious glass of Sauvignon blanc! Best day ever! Originally, I booked this thinking this would be a special occasion booking only because it's quite a drive for me...however, this polish lasted 24 days on my nails and it's just now starting to chip ! That to me is so worth it ! I'm already booking my next 2 visits and cannot wait - thank you Manifest, your salon is gorgeous, and your staff are amazing!
I was never one of those women who had a longstanding hair colorist… usually every appointment or every year I would begin my search for someone who could do whatever new trend I wanted to experiment with. That was before I came to Andrew’s and met Rebecca. Rebecca has been doing my hair for 3 years now. She has seen me light, dark, wedding hair, “make me look cute for birth” hair, and everything in between. Every single time I see her I leave looking better than my inspiration image. It’s wild! I have never been so confident in my hair colorist before. I see Zoe for my cuts and can say the exact same thing. I have a bit of PTSD from a horrible cut years ago (at another salon) when I asked for a trim and left with my hair 3 inches shorter. Zoe’s trims barely change my length which for me is ideal. The entire staff at Andrew’s is so personable. They remember your name, details of your life that you share and even your favorite drink. It makes me feel at home :) I can’t recommend them enough

I found my Pilates studio! After moving here from Chicago, I was excited to find a beautiful studio that offers challenging classes, great instructors, and just a real community vibe. After my morning class left me with “jello legs” (thank you Christina), I bought a package and started booking more classes!
Woof Gang is the best groomer that our pup has been to. He is excited to see everyone there each time we drop him off, and it's such a quick groom that its hard to believe! He comes out looking amazing, clean and lasts long too. We love Woof Gang! We also won't ever forget that during COVID, they made us an ornament with his paw print that legit made be cry.

I am very pleased with the professional and friendly attitude of the staff at the See service. Coming here for new glasses is always a celebration. It’s a beautiful place with a lovely atmosphere. And most importantly — the frames have truly unique quality and design.
The end result of my eyebrow threading and tinting service was good. The color is a brown that complements my skin tone/natural eyebrow color and the threading did a good job of shaping directly around my brows. Amber was pleasant and conversational during the quick 45 min or so service. I must mention however that this was our third time scheduling in order to get this done. The original appointment was canceled a few hours before its time on a Saturday due to Amber having a flat tire. No problem. We rescheduled for the next day- Sunday at 9am. I moved some things around and went to the closed shop at 9am on Sunday and no one showed up. I politely texted and called once but got zero answer at all the entire day as to this no show. I politely called the next day, Monday, and although there was no apology or explanation for her no show at the appointment, we arranged for the appointment to be Wednesday afternoon. I showed up at the time we agreed upon and the service went without a hitch. It was $30 for the deposit and $45 for the rest of the service totaling $75 without tip. No physical cards accepted but all of the electronic payment forms are accepted. Other than the scheduling issues, I am happy with the service. I wasn't told not to wear anything like sunscreen beforehand and only told during the service that I should not have as it reduces the ability of the tint to stick to the hair, so I think moving forward some pre-instructions as well as aftercare instructions would be nice to provide to clients. Overall, good technique but some improvements can be made regarding professionalism.

Very amazing experience! Put in a request for an appointment on Monday afternoon and was able to get in on Tuesday afternoon the next day! Everyone is so nice, patient, and informative and gave me all the information I needed. I felt very comfortable and wasn’t nervous at all. This place is amazing!
