Alexander is incredible. I am extremely medically complex, and finding someone who I could trust and who was comfortable working with me has been incredibly difficult. From the moment I stepped inside Alex welcomed me and made me feel comfortable and at ease.
One of the things I told him is that any relief is improvement, that while I know that what I have is chronic and degenerative my goal is to preserve mobility as long as possible.
Today is day 3 post massage, and I still feel incredible. This is the first time in 20 years I’ve been able to stand up without all of my bones cracking their way back into place. We’ve had such a great experience with Master Marrs Taekwondo. Both of our boys have learned so much—not just in terms of skills, but also confidence, discipline, and respect. The instructors are truly wonderful: patient, encouraging, and great at connecting with the kids while still holding them to a high standard.
The camps have also been fantastic and something our kids always look forward to. It’s been an awesome environment for them to grow, stay active, and have fun. We couldn’t recommend Master Marrs Taekwondo more.
I recently had so many problems with plantar fasciitis for over a year and seen podiatrist and coming here was so refreshing. The team is so nice and understanding and supportive. I will be doing my 6 week program to help with this condition and can’t wait to come back weekly!!!

From the moment I walked in, they had the kind of energy that makes you forget you’re at an orthodontist appointment (and not exactly there for fun ?). Super friendly, quick with everything, and somehow still cracking jokes and keeping it light.
They handled everything smoothly, answered my questions without making me feel lost, and had me in and out like pros. Honestly, if every front desk was like this, people would look forward to appointments.

I cant say enough about the Shaker Heights Animal Hospital. We’ve been bringing our dog there for almost a year now and every experience Ive had with them thus far has been fantastic. They are so attentive, caring, knowledgeable, genuine, and friendly! I found my Pilates studio! After moving here from Chicago, I was excited to find a beautiful studio that offers challenging classes, great instructors, and just a real community vibe. After my morning class left me with “jello legs” (thank you Christina), I bought a package and started booking more classes!
Woof Gang is the best groomer that our pup has been to. He is excited to see everyone there each time we drop him off, and it's such a quick groom that its hard to believe! He comes out looking amazing, clean and lasts long too. We love Woof Gang! We also won't ever forget that during COVID, they made us an ornament with his paw print that legit made be cry.

The Dazzle Dry manicure is fabulous. It dried in about 5 minutes. Ashley, the mixologist, made two perfect cocktails! One of the best drinks I have ever had!
