I don’t think I can recommend this establishment enough. I felt so comfortable and like I was at home here, but still with professionalism! My boy Gunner is a little shy at first and needs some warming up to, but the second I met Deja, I knew he wasn’t going to have a problem. They took care of my pup so well and I can not wait to book my next appointment with them! I can tell why this place has all 5 star reviews because the calmness and the love they have for these dogs shows with every ounce!

The absolute best to work with. Was originally cited for 40 in a 20 school zone + tint violation. Mr. Botnick was able to knock it down to a faulty muffler and dropped tint. Could not have asked for a better outcome, and I am very grateful for his work!

I was in constant pain before I discovered this place. I wasn't able to stand long and I had constant shoulder pain. With just a couple weeks of care I can return to exercising, my shoulder doesn't hurt any more, and I was able to attend a standing concert with no complaints. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I am in and out with my appointments. And the best part is that that work with you. From schedule to finances they are the best!

From the moment I walked in, they had the kind of energy that makes you forget you’re at an orthodontist appointment (and not exactly there for fun ?). Super friendly, quick with everything, and somehow still cracking jokes and keeping it light.
They handled everything smoothly, answered my questions without making me feel lost, and had me in and out like pros. Honestly, if every front desk was like this, people would look forward to appointments.

I cant say enough about the Shaker Heights Animal Hospital. We’ve been bringing our dog there for almost a year now and every experience Ive had with them thus far has been fantastic. They are so attentive, caring, knowledgeable, genuine, and friendly! Knowing we have Dr. Welsh (and Dr. Firestone), along with the rest of the staff gives us peace of mind - knowing we are always in such good hands. Thank you SHAH!

I found my Pilates studio! After moving here from Chicago, I was excited to find a beautiful studio that offers challenging classes, great instructors, and just a real community vibe. After my morning class left me with “jello legs” (thank you Christina), I bought a package and started booking more classes!
Woof Gang is the best groomer that our pup has been to. He is excited to see everyone there each time we drop him off, and it's such a quick groom that its hard to believe! He comes out looking amazing, clean and lasts long too. We love Woof Gang! We also won't ever forget that during COVID, they made us an ornament with his paw print that legit made be cry.
