This place is amazing! Everyone here has become my family! This place has saved my life and changed my life! I love it here and i am forever grateful to have the opportunity to be here! This is an amazing place for anyone early in recovery. You can tell they all have big hearts and really care about their clients. I would recommend IIT to anyone looking for a faith based program.

I'm in Transition Ministries deserves a 5 star rating, the people who are involved care about the clients who participate in the faith based program and they will go above and beyond to get you to a better level in life. I recommend this program to whoever is serious about working on themselves with a willingness to learn about God and a 12 step program.

I'm In Transition provides Recovery Housing, Drug & Alcohol Counseling, Medicated Assisted Treatment, Treatment Retentions and other outreach services designed for individuals suffering from drug and alcohol abuse. We are a non-profit organization driven to save lives from overdose. We meet individuals in their place of need and lead them to a path to self-sufficiency and sustainability. Our qualified staff and affiliates are advocates of recovery and aim to see every client overcome their barriers.
