The team is amazing, bending over backwards to accommodate needs, providing that mom and pop service that is so hard to find.
The staff were incredibly helpful with it being my first experience there. I compliment the simplicity of the service and how accessible it is at all times. I was even able to help a patron that showed up after hours, directing him how to drop off his items as the team member described.
I have a question about discount coupons. When I dropped off my clothes, I placed a coupon printed from your website inside the tag with my address information, but the discount was not applied. I had to call customer service afterward to have it adjusted. Where exactly should I place the coupon so that it is seen and applied to my order?
I had to learn the new automated system that I thought was going to be a problem...however, after the clear explanation given to me by Patricia, it was a breeze figuring it out when I came to pick up my clothes.....Can't wait for the next fun time I bring in clothes.
