Review of my Physical Therapy with
Dr. Ryan Supler—Supler Osteopractic Physical Therapy
My Physical Therapy experience with Dr. Ryan Supler has been outstanding from beginning to end!
I saw Dr. Supler 8 times between April 6 and May 6, 2026.
My brother referred me to Dr. Supler. He had severe back pain. His issue was totally resolved after 6 appointments with Dr. Supler and he is free of back pain.
My issue was a leg/knee injury with severe pain standing and walking. An orthopedic practice had x-rayed my knee and diagnosed me with arthritis.
When I saw Dr. Supler on April 6, 2026, he carefully evaluated me and diagnosed me with bursistis below my knee and left hip weakness. Dr. Supler uses dry needling, SoftWave therapy, and cupping and provides each patient individualized PT exercises for both the one-hour office therapy sessions as well as for use at home. His office appointments are individualized one-on-one sessions.
In 3-4 days, I was pain free but I still had significant stiffness in my knee.
After more PT sessions which included exercises, dry needling, cupping and SoftWave therapy, my knee stiffness is now virtually gone! I am pain free and medication free.
I can walk well again up to 2 miles and I am still improving!

I highly recommend Laura!! She’s extremely thorough with dermaplaning, leaving my face much brighter and smoother. The products she uses are fantastic and were perfect for my skin. I also did ear seeding which was a nice addition that helped me feel relaxed and balanced! The questionnaire before my session provided her a comprehensive overview of myself and my goals so she was able to cater each treatment specifically to me. Laura is very professional and creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere! :-)
Wow! The entire staff is AWESOME! I have been terrified of any dentist for 20 years. And I can honestly say that I felt so comfortable, and peaceful here. All my fears were gone. Dr. And his entire staff our so professional, and just so nice. I am so glad things went the way they did with the last dentist I was at...because it brought me here. Now I have the greatest dentists ever.
Christy is so personable and the only stylist I’ve trusted now for the past 10 years to cut and color my curly hair! Plus she keeps up on techniques and education to better serve her clients.

I brought my daughters here for their “birthday glam” ahead of their party. The women providing the service were warm and kind, my daughters had a wonderful time getting their nails and hair done and even got to make a lotion and a lip gloss to take home. We’d definitely come again for a special occasion.
She is an artist with color, cut and shape. It’s rare when you can say that when your hair is growing out, it still looks fabulous, because the original cut and color were amazing! People are always asking me where I get my hair done! Her work environment is calming and she is a delight! I really look forward to going to the salon.

Rashaunda is a very professional person. When you enter the salon everyone makes you feel welcome. You will always leave very satisfied. Palmeros and co.is a nice upscale friendly atmosphere.

I visited Graceful Strands today for Two Strand Twists, and the experience was amazing. Vontoya did an incredible job. Everything was so well done. The Shampoo process was cleansing, and relaxing. Took our 19 month old son for his first haircut with Kate S. She was perfect. Very patient while he warmed up to her and she tried a bunch of little tricks to get him to be comfortable. He sat through the whole haircut - which she did by hand with scissors not clippers- and barely fussed. The end result was so well done. We really appreciated how she took the time to understand his hair texture and created a perfect cut to keep some of his natural curls. They also gave a cute little certificate with an envelope of some of his curls. Overall was an amazing experience and we will be back!

Everyone at the clinic was a pleasure to work with, from the receptionists, the techs, and Dr. Mendlowitz. The receptionists checked us in and out quickly while being very friendly, the tech and Dr. Mendlowitz both were very patient with my 11 year old GSD Chloe, who has bad anxiety. She didn't make giving them a blood sample easy, yet they did great while keeping her happy.

Recently moved out this way and needed a haircut in the worst way. Found Lady Jane's and made an appointment for this morning. As soon as I walked in, Kendra greeted me and we just clicked. Great conversation the entire time and she did a fantastic job on my hair and beard. I'll be back for sure.
Been a member at this gym for a few months and I've loved it. Staff and management are super friendly and helpful and I like the overall atmosphere. As someone whose looking to make a move to the fitness world career wise. I could see this being somewhere to get a start, just based off of the personalities I've come across. I recommend personally. Also clean, that's big for me.
