“I think most of us can agree that the dentist office is an naturally awkward and uncomfortable place to be, unless you're one of those rare individuals who has an affinity for having their oral hygeine habits judged and multiple people prodding around in your mouth as you recline in a chair wearing weird sunglasses and a bib. Visiting the dentist is something most of us dread, but it's nonetheless necessary in maintaining the health and effectiveness of our beloved chompers.All that aside, I think what can make or break one's dental experience is the same as it is with most other things in life: It's the people who make the difference. And let me tell you; Dr. Fixler and her team are running a top-notch operation over there at University Heights Dental. The entirety of my visit to the dentist today was met with nothing but compassion and professionalism. I'm so grateful for the competence, professionalism, patience, and positive attitudes I experienced at University Heights Dental, and look forward to my next visit. I'm sure it'll be all sunshine and unicorns.“
