In todays construction service climate, Virgil Stone reflects the "Best of the Best" performance. His team replaced our roof in Rocky River. It was literally two weeks from the time Virgil inspected our roof, filed our claim, received approval from Liberty Mutual, ordered materials from ABC Supply and had the roof replaced. Throughout the process Virgil was on top of everything, was a great communicator and was true to his projected schedule. He was here three times over the course of the actual reroofing. This is the second time I’ve used Sewer Cleaning company. Rick came out after hours and repaired the clean out that was clogged. We were unable to flush the toilet or take a shower without water backing up. They were really busy that day but Rick came out and did a good job. Took care of the problem and I was thankful it’s a rental property and I didn’t want them to be without a toilet. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I had broken the bonding on my front tooth for the second time, and considering my previous experience in trying to get it fixed, I was super nervous about finding someone to do it right and make it look good. I was absolutely floored by the service here from start to finish. I called that morning and they squeezed me in 2 hours later so that I could receive the care I needed. Everyone was so accommodating and the level of GENUINE care and professionalism is unmatched. We had a great experience with Joel & Herman Textile Window Fashions in our homes, including new Hunter Douglas window blinds, sun shading on our three-season room and reupholstered a piano bench. He has also been instrumental in helping me in my business, as a general contractor and on our jobs and referrals. Commercial blinds and shading are a specialty of his. Fantastic quality and the best customer service will get you far. We highly recommend Joel and his company.

Are they expensive? Yep. This is a 24hr emergency hospital. They are always expensive. Do I feel that they were knowledgeable, compassionate and thorough? Yep. Would I return for emergency services? Yep In one month's time, I took my 2 cats here four times. Both had to be euthanized in 2 days for 2 different things. Needless to say, it was probably the worst 2 days of my life. Dr Spanski cared for them on all but 1 occasion. Although I was having a breakdown, Dr Spanski was very patient and compassionate. She clearly felt bad and really cared for my pets. She didn't sugarcoat what was going on and I appreciated that. The clinic assistant was also very kind (with the purple hair, I didn't get her name). She came and just sat with me a while and cried with me as I was processing everything. They were both kind to me during a horrible ordeal.
