I had such a GREAT experience at Tyler’s Auto Shop! I was honestly on the verge of getting rid of my car instead of putting more money into it. My car is paid off, but it had started making a HORRIBLE loud knocking noise…..it sounded like a train! 😩 On top of that, every time I switched gears, it would jerk.
I took it to Tyler’s Auto Shop to have it inspected, and in my mind, I had already decided that if the repairs were going to be too expensive, I was getting a new car. It honestly sucked because my car is completely paid off, and I LOVE the luxury of not having a car payment, but I was over the noise and problems.
Great experience!! It's so easy to contact and make an appt with Tyler by texting. The communication throughout was great, he is very clear each step of the way about costs, process and timing. The prices are very fair. My car was making grinding noise when braking. I had my front brake pads and rotors replaced, and he fixed a seized up caliper and he showed me where the issue was while doing it. I waited there while he worked because it was a nice day and easier for me to wait. I really appreciate this man and will be back!

We texted him and he replied within a reasonable time. He had us bring him our suv and looked at the brakes. We took it back to him at the designated time. We received it back with no issues and no problems. He was polite, informative and respectful. We will be returning to him.
