“Staff was very pleasant. Phil was very easy to talk to made the process a lot less uncomfortable“
“I had my first appointment with Dr. Clapper this past week and she was nothing short of amazing! She listened to me and was genuinely interested in my health journey (you just can't fake that sort of thing...and if you try, I will always pick up on it). I left feeling empowered (and with answers!) to make holistic changes necessary for the best health possible. What an asset Dr. Clapper is to the Tenpenny Integrative team! Warm, caring, professional, and so knowledgeable.“
“UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL (ST. JOHN MEDICAL CENTER). This location of University Hospitals has several departments. The Physical Therapy unit is on the 3rd floor which is also the location for St. John's Medical Center. Westshore Primary Care (Westlake) is on the 2nd floor of this building. I did regular physical therapy here for my back for about 6 weeks. The PT that I saw was great. His name is Eric Jankov (DPT - Doctor of Physical Therapy). He asked me the right questions about my back and provided exercises I could do at home. I met with him twice a week from April 2018 - May 2018 for 45mins to an hour at each meeting. I had less back pain after my sessions. I just need to sit less at work; meaning, try to get up every hour to walk around...haha. I know we all struggle with sitting for too long during the work day. Also. I may be confusing both locations of University Hospitals on Detroit Road but I believe I came to this location for an X-Ray as well. Westshore Primary Care is on the 2nd floor and Physical Therapy is on the 3rd floor *** - 29 total reviews in 2019. - 239 total Yelp reviews. - Reviewed on 18 February 2019.“
“I’ve been taking my dad to Dr. Muhammad for the past few years. He’s one of the best doctors he has, explains and sits with you to understand everything! Very clean office and staff is amazing as well!“
“Thank you to Dr. Brahmhbhatt, Kathy, Zahraa, Kim, and Lisa for making my first experience having a colonoscopy a pleasant one. You all do a wonderful job, truly appreciate you ??“
“Dr Kammer is great! He’s thorough in his exams. I’ve been going to him for many years. I have a lazy eye and when my first eye Dr retired, it took me a while to find a Dr that gave a thorough exam. You can tell that he loves what he does. His staff is also great! If you need a great eye Dr. he’s the one to call!!“
“Dr. Benik is THE BEST. He is knowledgeable, patient and caring. The nurses and office staff are wonderful too.“
“Dr. Khuri and Sarah N.P. are wonderful and I am very grateful to have them taking care of me. They run very efficiently but still take the time to answer all my questions and concerns. They're very knowledgeable and offer lots of help. If I could give them 50 stars I would!!!“
“I'm new to hearing aids. Joe Baker is highly skilled in doing the hearing exam (involves asking me my history, a physical exam, then my sitting in a sound-proof booth and listening and responding to various tones. I got an "audiogram" from this. Joe is cheerful and friendly and put me at ease. His receptionist-and-more, Tom, is very helpful. I believe my hearing loss was not disastrous, but I was annoying people by making them speak loudly and repeat themselves. Also, I sometimes had to pretend to hear when I didn't. Joe guided me through the process of working with my insurance to get the best price. It turned out to be less than I had feared. I've been wearing the hearing aids for three days and I do see a difference. My fencing coach says he was getting tired of raising his voice in order to coach me, and I also now understand everything he says, whereas before I sometimes asked him to repeat or just tried to guess what he was saying. The hearing aids are tiny, almost invisible, and easy to care for so far. I am doing a happy dance over my experience.“
“I'd rather drive the extra miles to go to this facility instead of the main campus 5 minutes from home. Facility is more laid back, people are friendlier and best of all, free parking!“
“Loved it there. Everyone was so friendly. Everything was explained to me so I understood what the office was all about.“
“Dr Mahajan was great. "the man knows what he is doing"While at the office visit I felt a sense of "hurry up so we could get home" felt rushed by office staff. front desk seemed crabby.Need a more detailed info on dietary guidelines leading up to and after colon polypectomy. diet restriction and timeline for a minimum 1 week before procedure and a minimum of a month after procedure. If not! you will spend hours googling for info on the web. Some web info and my own primary care physician "strongly" suggest that after the procedure. you must maintain a "soft" diet for the next 2 weeks after the procedure then, Slowly & minmally intruduce raw vegetables for the next 2-4 weeks before resuming a healthy diet. Limit physical activity of lifting/pulling/pushing no more than 5lbs after the procedure for the next week after procedure. My primary care physician and other WEB sources say to NOT! weightlift for the next 2-3mnths after a colon polypectomy procedure.I spent days and countless hours researching this info.“
“I have been going to the Fountain Clinic for over 2 years. I loved Dr. Birchall and his staff. I was heartbroken to hear the news of his passing. Rest In Peace, Good Doctor.I do hope that the wonderful staff at the Fountain Clinic is able to pass on their plans for the future as I interacted with them all at some point. Victoria and Eva have bright careers ahead of them and I hope someone will be getting a hold of Dr. Birchall's patients at some point to let us know how to contact them.“
