Was in cleveland for a work trip and reached out to Nicole on a weekend to see if she could accommodate different hours as I wasn't sure if the appt schedule I saw was indeed correct. Not only did she get me in later but also allowed me to come back two days later for a second session. Her and her team are amazing! Great personalities, described every step of the process, and just made me feel so welcome. Even sent me on my way with a wedding gift.
