Nice cafeteria with a pleasant atmosphere. However, not all staff members have a welcoming attitude; I noticed that the female employees tended to be more friendly and helpful. The mini coffee shop located on the right-hand side of the main entrance serves a very good cappuccino, as shown in the attached photos.
Regarding other services; in general good history for good service for me.
Went to ER for stomach pains. Everyone was very kind. Dr. Cannon was very thorough, and answered all my questions. Bob and Nick were wonderful. They were very polite and kind, and took great care of me. I told them I’d give them a 12 out of 10!
We want to take a moment to recognize the exceptional care and compassion shown by the nurse Jamie and staff during our toddler’s ER visit. From the moment we arrived, the nurse was patient, attentive, and incredibly kind during such a stressful time for our family.
She treated our child with gentleness and made us feel heard, supported, and reassured every step of the way. Her professionalism, calm demeanor, and genuine compassion truly made a difference in our experience.
