Was seen by Taryn Lee M.D. and she did everything in medical power to help me.I simply cannot convey in words the level of her kind and compassionate care. She did everything in her power to make sure that i left completely prepared. And she even made sure that my medications would be delivered to me.First class care from a doctor with a really big heart.

I liked my personal care physician, Dr. Taryn Lee. She was extremely interested in maintaining my health and made many recommendations to that effect. I would have rated the visit a five-star experience if Oak Street Health were part of Epi/MyChart system.Senor Evaristo Fernandez was also helpful with connecting my needs with the Western Reserve Agency on Aging.

I believe that Dr pla does a great job in taking care of me I believe he really cares he'll call me when you have updates and then there's Stephanie my therapist she is outstanding one of the best in the business I really do like oak Street health the people there kind loving and go out of their way to make you feel special
