By morning on the west coast another package was already on its way. That in itself was fantastic. Then during our correspondence figured out that they were sent to the wrong address and by the time I got off work another package was on its way to the correct address. “UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL (ST. JOHN MEDICAL CENTER). This location of University Hospitals has several departments. The Physical Therapy unit is on the 3rd floor which is also the location for St. John's Medical Center. Westshore Primary Care (Westlake) is on the 2nd floor of this building. I did regular physical therapy here for my back for about 6 weeks. The PT that I saw was great. His name is Eric Jankov (DPT - Doctor of Physical Therapy). He asked me the right questions about my back and provided exercises I could do at home. I met with him twice a week from April 2018 - May 2018 for 45mins to an hour at each meeting. I had less back pain after my sessions. I just need to sit less at work; meaning, try to get up every hour to walk around...haha. I know we all struggle with sitting for too long during the work day. Also. I may be confusing both locations of University Hospitals on Detroit Road but I believe I came to this location for an X-Ray as well. “Very clean facility. Equipment is newer and updated. Has a pool, sauna and hot tub. Excellent classes with exceptional instructors. A little pricier than other gyms.“

“This os my first visit to this location. The staff was welcoming and professional. The seating for the infusion is comfortable. I am 9nly there about 45 minutes but would have been comfortable in the infusion chair for longer.“

Everyone here is very friendly and professional. You can make appointments on line & check in on line plus get your results! Dr. Rish is also very creative & has taken many of the photographs displayed in the offices. He has also created many works of art made in wood. He's made a pencil cup, business card holder, photo frames, a coat rack with places for Umbrellas, and the device they use to measure your height! He remembers his patients and gives them a good examination and keeps track of needed tests! He's the Best!“

“The modern facility is very nice. The staff is polite and cheerful. The reason I gave a 4 is due to my personal discomfort that the doctor and others wore masks. Pandemic, is all I could think about primarily while I was there. That caused anxiety for me. My problem.“

“I truly don’t understand the negative comments. I have been with Dr Esho for about a little under a year. I have visited with her many times for different reasons. She is really GREAT! She is very thorough and very detailed. Listens to ALL your concerns and doesn’t blow anything off. I can’t say enough good things about her. “Every single person I have dealt with here has been absolutely amazing!! They get to know you personally and speak to you like a friend. It's very important when you are dealing with a cancer diagnosis, chemo, radiation and all the things that come with it. They made me enjoy my time with them instead of dreading it.
