Quality care quick and easy. I’m not the easiest patient, often under insured and uncomfortable in the care of the Cleveland Clinic / UH big money machine that rules this land. But every visit here has been efficient, pleasant and my issues quickly resolved.

Was seen @Urgent Care almost immediately after arriving. They provided excellent service. I was in great pain, so they sent me elsewhere to get an X-ray bcuz their tech went home for the day. YES, will highly recommend n will return again in the future. Minus star though bcuz the guy @front desk of bldg was NOT so nice to me (not @Urgent Care front desk); highly recommend to send him to Customer Service Training.

I’ve had numerous dr visits at this facility and have always had good experiences. This was my first time using the express care here. Highly impressed. I am non-binary/transgender and everyone was affirming and respectful, and also very friendly. I was seen almost right away. Had to get a urine test and the results were back in like 5 minutes. All told I think I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I would highly recommend this express care of W 150th, where I have not always had great experiences.
