The lab/urgent care check in is abysmal. One lady is very nice, but absurdly slow. The location based arrival system in Mychart works only 60% of the time (everytime) and frustrates me. I hate waiting in the check in line when the app is supposed to allow me to check in myself. The kiosks never work properly anymore either. The facility itself is always clean. The parking is terrible. There aren't enough accessible spots.
