Before I went to Hearing Science, I had gone to two other audiologists, and the experience had been far from satisfactory. Mr. Baker's level of professionalism, care, and attention to detail stands out. I am absolutely delighted with my hearing aids and will come back for any future requirements.
I cannot put in words how much this team will work together (Joe and Pamela) will take care of you from insurance to appointments and the time setting up your hearing aids.They go the extra mile to help you
I personally have had a hear evaluation done at two other places. Hearing Science was by far the most thorough. Outstanding staff from Pamela my first contact, went above and beyond getting me scheduled and Joe Baker the Audiologist explained everything thing from being to end. The office and it facilities are exceptionally clean. I would highly recommend if you think you are experiencing hearing loss.
