I just left the Cleveland clinic olmsed falls from the minute I walked in I felt so comfortable! The nurse Rachel was immediately wonderful kind compassionate and so professional! She explained everything to me and truly showed compassion! Courtney was also wonderful very kind and professional! As busy as Nurses are I truly admire and respect all they do! Kindness and compassion are a choice!!!! Thankyou Rachel so much for making my journey a little easier!!!!

There’s three sections, one for Urgent Care, one for labs, and one for pediatric. Pediatric is by appointment only. My children see Dr. Creager, for years now and I highly recommend! Dr. Creager always goes the extra mile and really cares. The staff and nurses are all amazing. I’ve never had to wait long to be seen. Thank you! The few times we’ve been to the urgent care, it was quick and staff were friendly. The urgent care doesn’t see infants but most urgent cares do not and you would have to call the Cleveland Clinic for the locations that do. I believe it’s 2 years and up, maybe one year, I can’t remember but call and see.

The staff at this location is beyond amazing! The front staff are so friendly especially Mary! I recommend this location to everyone I know as all the staff I have had the pleasure to meet made me feel comfortable and confident in my care with the Cleveland clinic!
