I believe that I have been going to Westshore Primary Care for more than 30 years, I have always found the staff and Dr. Wagner to be professional, courteous, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. In addition, the facility is always clean and there is an onsite lab.
I am new to the state and needed a pcp for my 4 month old getting rsv vaccine asap. The lady that answered the phone was super sweet and helped me get set up for my appointment the very next day. So far so good for me.
Love the Dr.s but the front staff is awful, except Susie ? we love Susie. But Jody is nasty, she has been nasty for years! If you hate your job, work somewhere else. Its so depressing walking in that place these days.
