He's a DPM and sent my wife for an MRI of the lower back to find out what was really causing the pain in her back, legs & feet, something that our family doctor and pain management overlooked. We highly recommend Dr. Bullard, you cannot find a better caring & dedicated doctor than him.”
“My daughter unexpectedly gave birth at Mercy Hospital when she was originally planning to deliver at Metro. As scary as the emergency situation was, I immediately felt comforted knowing she was in good hands. I had my own daughter at Mercy 23 years ago, so returning to the same birthing center during such an emotional and unexpected moment meant so much to me.
Every nurse was absolutely fantastic, especially Rachel. They took such wonderful care of my daughter so that she could focus on taking care of her own daughter. As a mother and now grandmother, that meant more to me than I can express.
Dr. Matheson was there, and I can absolutely see why people call him the best. He was kind, calm, reassuring, and provided comfort during a very scary time.
Amy, the Lactation Consultant Manager, was truly a breath of fresh air. She gave my daughter so much valuable advice, encouragement, and knowledge to help her begin her breastfeeding journey. She even provided information about their Thursday support group and worked patiently with the baby to help stimulate and ensure a productive latch. Amy was made for this position, her patience, loving nature, and dedication were truly incredible.
I loved this birthing center 23 years ago when I had my daughter there, and I certainly still love it today because of the amazing care they gave to my daughter and my precious granddaughter. We will forever be grateful to everyone who helped make such a frightening experience feel a little safer and more supported. ❤”
“I like the docs here however, I feel we go thru to much to be seen? Talking with the receptionist is nice howeu, why she gotta know everything? Not just insurance wise! She needs to know why I'm being seen! I also went to the emergency clinic. And again, the receptionist needs to know why I'm there!!!!! The wait time is also a issue! I'm the only 1 sitting there! So why am I sitting there? Same with the labs girls! I don't understand why I'm sitting there that long if NO ONE else is there!!!!!!!”
