Dr. Sheila Rice and her medical team of Michelle and Ashley showed unbelievable care and concern for my medical needs. Every concern or question I had was promptly addressed! I am very lucky to have medical personnel who are thorough and provide extensive advice to my needs! When I went to my chart to review my lab work, Dr. Rice had already read and communicated to me at 5:33am that morning!!! Additionally, a follow up call was made to me after the office had closed to be sure I was following some precautions for my treatment. I am so blessed to have such a caring, dedicated ,expert doctor!!!
I was scheduled at this location for an MRI. When I arrived I found out they didn't have the mobile MRI there anymore. Had to reschedule. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. It was on fault of scheduling for not catching the error.
Tomda, one of your schedulers, was absolutely incredible. One of the kindest, most personable and patient people I’ve spoken to in a while. I was having a horrible day after a bad cardiology appointment through Metro, and she managed to lift my spirits. I am suffering immensely from chronic pain, suspected fibromyalgia, PTSD, and heart issues. So thank you for being kind and treating me like a person. Because so many people do not treat me like I am a person. As an androgynous, queer person, I am constantly disrespected. I have faced so much discrimination in healthcare.
