I was scheduled at this location for an MRI. When I arrived I found out they didn't have the mobile MRI there anymore. Had to reschedule. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. It was on fault of scheduling for not catching the error.
Tomda, one of your schedulers, was absolutely incredible. One of the kindest, most personable and patient people I’ve spoken to in a while. I was having a horrible day after a bad cardiology appointment through Metro, and she managed to lift my spirits. I am suffering immensely from chronic pain, suspected fibromyalgia, PTSD, and heart issues. So thank you for being kind and treating me like a person. Because so many people do not treat me like I am a person. As an androgynous, queer person, I am constantly disrespected. I have faced so much discrimination in healthcare. I get an early start … Amber is my first good morning of the day …. Then, when I’m heading out, Sophia always smiles and has something nice to say - what a great way to start the day! This place is very welcoming and has all the resources to make your workout productive…..
