When I found out my order was being sent back and I could not figure out why, I called the phone number but the office had already closed a while ago (EST vs. PST). By morning on the west coast another package was already on its way. That in itself was fantastic. Then during our correspondence figured out that they were sent to the wrong address and by the time I got off work another package was on its way to the correct address. I hope the person who helped me knows that they truly made someones day just by doing the job they do with awesomeness. Thank you!
