Pediatricians here are wonderful!! The staff here all care about the health and well-being of the kids they see. We (knock on wood...lol) have never had a rude or disrespectful staff member here like we have had in other CCF offices. Definitely appreciate the service here!!!

We really like Dr. Francy. The office is not usually able to be accommodating in getting appointments, as they are always full, which is ridiculous as he’s an established patient. I believe this is an issue with the size of the office vs. the growing community need. Not great continuity of care in the Cleveland Clinic model if he has to see different doctors at different locations every time he’s sick.

We really like Dr. Preston and Dr. McIntyre. However, it’s extremely hard to get appointments. You have to schedule way in advance, and it makes it difficult to get into this location when you have sick kiddos😞.
