I went in for what I thought were gallbladder issues. The NP never even touched me and just gave me an unsigned ultrasound order and told me they would send it electronically as well. I got to the appointment, and they couldn't proceed without a valid order. I had to wait while the hospital tried to get ahold of someone. After the ultrasound, I was told I had to have another scan. It took them 3 days to get back to me to confirm that I wanted to proceed with the scan. They told me that the order was sent and I could schedule in 24 hours. I waited 48 hours and called the hospital to schedule, and AGAIN, they had no record of the order being sent. I understand things happen, BUT twice?!? This is a pattern. I don't have much faith in them if they can't even get orders where they belong. Meanwhile, I'm miserable waiting for them to figure it out. GO ELSEWHERE!

North Shore was the single worst medical experience i've ever had. Dr Jhuwar rushed the entire process. my phone consultation, my post-procedure conversation - and who knows about the procedure itself. afterwards, i didn't even get a call back with my results. i had to repeatedly call them. and then finally after two weeks i got them. but the dr never bothered to call me. the nurse or admin just told me i had slight ibs. and that was the end of it. i had them send me my reports and other drs were quick to look at them and provide other alternatives. honestly i'm so, so upset about all of this, even 8 months later.

Dr Springers office refuses to take my correct insurance information and is threatening to send me to collections. The secretary refused to help me and told me I have to take it up with the Cleveland Clinic. They keep adding charges to my account for consultations that supposedly happened over 4 months ago? This is noT the first time they have tried to pull this scam on me. They use unethical billing practices and double bill. I recieved treatment while in the hospital and was billed for services by the cleveland clinic. Now dr Springer is trying to dip his grubby paws into my pockets for services he was already paid for. All in all this dr is committting fraud and taking advantage of patients who dont know any better. DR SPRINGER IS A BAD MAN DO NOT TRUST HIM. HE WILL DO EVERYTHING HE CAN TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU! He is a fraudster who will double bill every chance he can. Please if you choose to see a scum dr atleast review your bills
