“We are very happy with the work done by Huff in installing a new furnace with our existing air conditioning system. Huff was recommended by our real estate agent, but we got multiple quotes. Derran who came for the site visit spent quality time looking over our existing system and ductwork. He gave immediate suggestions on how to improve the ductwork, combustion air intake and exhaust. We liked the options he provided and after a bit of research agreed with his basic offering that fit well to the size of the house. His offer was competitive and his ductwork suggestions put Huff over the other companies. Installation was done by Rob and Destul. They were on time and worked efficiently. The system is compact and an existing outlet to the outside was used for a concentric intake/exhaust. Even though we cleaned the work area for them, they somehow left it cleaner than when they started! We appreciated the Thermostat and smoke/CO detectors that came with their installation package. We appreciated their specific advice on timely product registration to make sure we get the warranty lined up. The system is working well. We highly recommend Huff as a top notch company for HVAC systems!Services: Heating system installation“

“Comfort solutions has been wonderful. We had an old malfunctioning hvac unit replaced and they were prompt, thorough and kind. When we needed help they came right away (turns out we just needed to remove some snow buildup from around the exhaust). Regular maintenance has been easygoing and simple to schedule. Holly, Seth and Sam worked with us and answered all of our questions. We’ve recommended them to family with an AC issue and they had the part and got it up and running months before their old company said they could. “I wish I had found R&W ten years before I did; they were referred by a credible source. I contacted R&W because my home's heating hadn't been serviced for over two years and I prefer to maintain these things regularly. Plus, my gas fireplace was being uncooperative. Every R&W person that I've spoken with has been a gem to work with, from the call into the office to the gentlemen who timely showed up, repaired the issues, and gave me very good feedback on the systems they serviced. Investment is reasonable and worth every penny. And, they leave the site as clean if not cleaner than when the arrived. They are my go to. Thanks, R&W, your service quality is appreciated.“

“Went in today with my son to purchase some landscaping timbers. We stood there and wasn't greeted by anyone for 15 minutes. Workers walked past us and didn't say a word to us. Finally the cashier while walking back to her register, asked if we needed help and said she'd send someone over. Again, we waited. 4 more workers walked past us, didn't greet us and we would just leaving and coming to Lowes. The customer service was just SOOO bad. Once arriving at Lowes, we went to the garden center and got a few plants, greeted by every employee out there asking if we needed help. When we walked in to walk all the way across the store to the lumber, 6 employees were passed said hello and asked if we needed help. We got to the lumber area and just peeked down an isle where a worker was and as I turned around, he yelled from behind if I needed help finding something. Yes, I told him what I was looking for and he told me exactly where to get it. Long story short, go to Lowes. They're customer service exceeded expectations and Home Depot is just lacking in that department. Terribly. Lowes price was cheaper too AND their lumber wasnt moldy looking and cracked like Home Depot.“

“Finally I have located an honest and friendly heating and cooling small business in Cincinnati. Ending my yearly subscription with Help heating and cooling, this was the best decision last year. I was charged a monthly subscription to get 'premium' service only to be repetitively pressure sold for a high cost, and unnecessary work. Jerry is the total opposite. Highly ethical and is looking out for the customers wallet. I had the same issue as last year, Help quoted me 3-4K for a total replacement wit. Jerry fixed it in 5 min and a small fraction of the cost instead of trying to sell me on the total replacement. Highly recommend.“
