Of course the AC decided to stop working on the hottest day of the year so far. I called Pat after 9:00 PM on Monday evening, not expecting a call back until morning, but he returned my phone call within 15 minutes. He was supposed to have a packed day the following day, but he said he would try and rearrange his schedule to squeeze me in. He messaged at 11:00 AM Tuesday morning and said he was ready to squeeze me in. I was super impressed with the good communication and customer service. He was very fairly priced as well. I went ahead and had him perform regular maintenance while he was here as well. Great experience. Thanks, Pat!

I can’t recommend Pat with Central Air enough! He’s been very reliable, given very fair rates, is very professional, knowledgeable, and he’s always been there to help when any issue comes up! He’s fixed our furnace same-day with frigid temps and snow on the ground, he even serviced our fireplace, and now our A/C system after it stopped working, ahead of the real heat this summer!
