“I was very pleased with my technicians, Josh and Alessandro, who are very courteous and respectful and performed their work very well.
The text messages were helpful in announcing their expected arrival time.
They cleaned up everything both days they were working and kept me updated.
The other thing I would suggest is communication the day before work is scheduled and a reminder the morning of the day the work will be performed.
Thanks for your service.

“I had some storm water backflow into my basement recently and I contacted Killeen. Joe Conway and Travis did an excellent job with explaining what was going on. They flushed the lines out and scoped it all out to make sure everything was working as it should. They were able to complete the job in an hour which was perfect! Both were friendly and I would recommend them in the future.”
