I had an emergency service call on a Sunday evening because my newly installed furnace wasn't working. Beau contacted me very quickly and was at my house within 20 minutes. He identified and fixed the loose wire and blown fuse issue quickly. Excellent service from Beau.As for my new furnace buying experience with Westland, Chris was excellent to work with and very helpful along the buying process. Very professional and answered many questions quickly. Installation was scheduled and performed on time by Clayton and Noah who were both very nice and professional. The only reason I gave a 4 rather than a 5 is because 5 days after installation the furnace stopped working....read full review
