I’ve used Dan several times for plumbing issues at a few of my rental properties, and he’s always been great to work with. He’s very responsive, shows up when he says he will, and does a good job figuring out the problem and getting it fixed.
A lot of the issues I’ve had haven’t been straightforward, but Dan is a good problem solver and doesn’t give up until he figures out what’s going on. He’s also very reasonably priced, which I really appreciate when dealing with multiple rental properties.
I’ve had a great experience with him and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable plumber.
