I had my air ducts serviced and Portman Mechanical was recommended by the company because the pilot was not automatically igniting. My usual company was not available until Wednesday. Tim Portman came himself and got the system up and operating in no time at all. I appreciate good customer service and I’ll use Portman for future needs.

Our furnace quit on us on a very cold night. We decided to call Portman the next morning because of all the good reviews they received. We couldn’t be happier. They were able to send Christopher out to us in an hour or so and he was great about explaining what all he was doing to fix the problem. No hard sell to buy a whole new unit, which was greatly appreciated. He had us back up and running in about 30 minutes. We will definitely use Portman again in the future. Thank you!

I was having trouble with my furnace starting up then shutting down and no heat. Bought the part and did it myself bust still wasn’t working . Decided to call Portman who I have used in the past and am very pleased with. Chris stopped in solved a small issue as to why it didn’t work and was in and out in no time.
