We found out there was a leak on the main water line to the house, and erick contacted us right away to ask for photos of the work area so he could understand the problem, plan the job, and bring the right plumbing parts and equipment. When he arrived with the dig crew, they replaced the full water line and handled the whole project smoothly. erick explained each step in simple terms, answered all of our questions, and clearly went over where they needed to dig and how the new line would be installed. He was also very patient and kind while our toddler was having a tired afternoon. The crew worked fast but still did quality work, and everything felt organized and professional from start to finish. i was surprised by how quickly they completed the pipe replacement, especially with how careful and thorough they were. Afterward, erick showed me the new plumbing connections at the house, walked me along the trench area, and made sure i understood what had been repaired. Cleanup was also very good, and the yard was left in neat shape with only a small dirt path showing where the plumbing work had been done. we really appreciated how quickly they got the leak fixed, restored the water service, and made the whole repair process much less stressful. he did an excellent job, and i would gladly recommend them again for any water line or underground pipe repair.“

“A solid company. I had so many issues with my less than 6 month newly installed HVAC system from custom comfort, who refused to come out and fix their mistakes. I had Mark, the technician, come out and talk with me about what needed to be remedied in order for my system to work correctly. The static pressure was too high, meaning the amount of supply was too high compared to the amount of return. It was almost double. After some diagnostic testing, he determined how big the return vents needed to be to correlate with the amount of cfm's, and he also determined that there needed to be dampers on each supply run since there weren't any to begin with. The guys came out and installed the appropriately sized vents, ductwork, and installed dampers and a heat run in my kitchen. My system is now working properly, evenly heating my house, and my gas bills are almost in half. They tested my system to ensure everything was working properly and took pictures of diagnostics and their work, so I had it on record as well, which came to be important in my case against custom comfort in Stow municipal small claims court. Needless to say, Sal's is awesome, the technicians and management were great throughout my experience. Will definitely recommend Sal's for any HVAC related issue that needs fixing.
